All quotations are valid for 3 months from the date of issue. Any quotations accepted later than such date will be subject to a further site visit, with any adjustments made accordingly.
All quotations are based on the site conditions at the time of our initial inspection. Any changes that may have an affect on the works due to take place must be communicated by the client at the earliest opportunity. Roberts Tree Care Ltd reserve the right to amend any quotations that have been subject to a change in site conditions.
Invoices are issued upon completion of works. All invoices are to be paid in full upon completion of the job.
This excludes all businesses & schools as we understand for such establishments that payment terms may vary.
Roberts Tree Care Ltd is covered by £5,000,000 Third Party and £10,000,000 Employers Liability Insurance. A copy of our certificate can be provided upon request.
Removal of debris will be discussed during our initial visit and arrangement of such will be detailed in your quotation.
It is the responsibility of the client to identify and disclose the details of any restrictions in place. Roberts Tree Care Ltd will also complete the relevant searches and process any relevant applications upon request.
Stump grinding is carried out to a depth of 6 to 9 inches below ground level, this includes buttress roots but no tracing of lateral roots unless specified. Debris from the stump grinding is to be left on site and used to backfill the hole created unless alternative arrangement has been previously agreed.
All waste removed is dealt with ethically and environmentally recycled.
Roberts Tree Care Ltd will always check for animal presence before commencing with any works. It is also the responsibility of the client to disclose any known wildlife presence that they are aware of at the earliest opportunity. Should this be the case; works would be postponed until it is safe to proceed.
Roberts Tree Care Ltd will not be liable for any damage caused to electricity, gas or water unless a plan showing the exact location of underground pipes, wires or cables was provided to us previous to work being undertaken. The owner of the land shall be liable for any damage caused by their failure to supply accurate information regarding any underground obstruction.
The client is fully responsible for informing their neighbours of any tree works which will affect them or their trees along the specified boundaries.
Should the works run across multiple days, the team will ensure that the site is left as safe and tidy as possible until their return.
Roberts Tree Care Ltd endeavour to leave all sites clean and tidy upon completion of works.
Roberts Tree Care Ltd reserve the right to postpone or cancel works that are deemed to be a potential hazard; this could be due to dangerous weather conditions, the safe retention of wildlife habitats or if we are compromised by unforeseen circumstances.
By accepting a quotation issued by Roberts Tree Care Ltd, the client agrees to adhere to the Terms and conditions as stated above.
